Design Philosophy
The design and manufacturing of our cables begin with the careful selection and processing of raw copper. This copper is precisely drawn through precision dies to achieve the exact dimensions required. The drawn copper is then annealed using a proprietary process to enhance its properties and spooled for further processing.
These spools are meticulously bundled into cables using complex planetary machines, ensuring uniformity and consistency. The bundled cables are then fed into a special extruder, where they are coated with a low dielectric, low loss jacketing material, crucial for minimizing signal loss and ensuring optimal performance. This intricate process is repeated for each individual conductor within the cable.
Once the conductors are prepared, they are bundled together to form the final cable. The cable is then wrapped with sophisticated dual shields to provide superior protection against electromagnetic interference. Finally, an outer jacket is extruded and woven over the entire cable, adding durability and a polished finish.
This comprehensive and detailed process ensures that each cable we produce meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
